Joining the Gateway85 Community Improvement District offers commercial property owners a unique opportunity to not only invest directly in the area's growth and prosperity but also elevate their property value. By contributing through a modest additional property tax—currently set at 3.5 mills (equivalent to $3.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value) —members help fund projects that enhance transportation, public safety and infrastructure within the district.
